  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). If you would like to utilize ACH Debit or ACH Credit payments, please open a support ticket.

  • How am I billed for services? Before you can use a paid service, you must provide your billing information. Once we have that on file, we will charge your card for the services in advance of usage. If you do not use your services for the full month, we will refund you any difference.

  • Do I have to pay upfront? As your account becomes established, it will receive a credit limit. With that credit limit, you will be able to pay for services in arrears.

  • Do you offer a free trial? Please open a support ticket if you want to give us a try.
